AFF FILM FELLOWS
The AFF Film Fellows Program provides HS and College Students interested in film/tv/digital media production real- world work experience, training, and industry mentors. Our goal is to promote access and develop pathways for emerging talent, diverse voices, and underrepresented youth to explore careers in the film/tv/digital media fields.
Fellows are selected in Jan/Feb and participate in projects for as long as they wish (or for as long as their school allows) during that year.

Producing/Editing the weekly Astoria Film Festival Presents QPTV Show
Producing/Editing clips for Social Media posts and our YouTube Channel
Working as Teaching Assistants in the AFF Workshop Classes.
Creating a Documentary Web Series about Queens Nonprofits
A photography, videography, and social media project for the QEDC
DP and Editing work for Queensboro Dance Festival
Digital Marketing Campaigns around various projects and the festival
Festival Prep and Management
