AFF FILM FELLOWS
The AFF Film Fellows Program is a Workforce Development Program that provides HS and College Students interested in film/tv/digital media production real- world work experience, training, and industry mentors.
Our goal is to promote access and develop pathways for emerging talent, diverse voices, and underrepresented youth to explore careers in the film/tv/digital media fields.
Fellows participate in projects for as long as they wish (or for as long as their school allows) during that year. Some are with us Feb-May or July&August of one year. Others have been with us for several years. Fellows either get compensated by us, through SYEP/WLG, or they get school credit in exchange for their work..
