Disability is intersectional with all other historically-ignored groups, yet it often is left out of the DEI conversation. Disability is an important part of inclusion.  Disability is an important part of diversity.  In this short documentary, disabled and neurodivergent youth, from around NYC are guided through all 3 phases of the production process - including pre-production, on set or principal production, and post-production, in order to produce their own programming, highlighting disabled characters.  This documentary short highlights their learning process and gives us a glimpse of the programming that they are creating this year during the production lab.
